Product & Service Warranty Refunds

  1. Our refund and return policy is an easy, no fuss, simple, and straightforward process. What it is NOT: in fine print like most.
  2. Once you have purchased and received any valid and executable product or service warranty from and funds have cleared, it can be returned and refunded within 5 business days from the purchase date for a full refund minus a small 10% processing & handling fee. The product or service under warranty will not be eligible in the future for a product or service warranty policy from once a refund is approved and processed.
  3. You must notify us via email at 7 calendar days prior to the date of intent to file for a refund. There will be a 10% handling and processing fee from the product or service warranty policy assessed to the transaction.
  4. To be eligible for a return, your warranty policy documents must be unused and unexecuted with the original policy number in place, legible, and unobstructed.
  5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
  6. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  7. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
